If you dont see a design you like or what you are looking for then please contact me as I am more than happy to work with you to create the exact cake you require.
Various flavours available - vanilla,chocolate,lemon,carrot cake,red velvet cake,rainbow cake & traditional fruit cake etc.
Fillings - Jam / Buttercream,chocolate,choctella,lemon,strawberry,raspberry,cinnamon, butterscotch, banana etc.
I specialise in modelling, sugarcraft and 3d cakes / cake carving so have a broad array of cakes I could create for your special occasion. I love every aspect of making cakes and I hope that shows through.
I never take on more than 2 cakes a day as I like to be able to give every cake my complete attention, making sure all Sweet Gem cakes get the detail and finish they deserve! Delivery available or you can pick up from me in Gorseinon.
And of course to ensure all my customers are happy with their birthday cake. All designs / creations are my own.
